1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Subtrack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Subtrack website, products, and services (the "Service") operated by Sauced Rocks LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Our platform provides tools for tracking credit card accounts, including card information (such as card name, last digits, issuing bank, and network), sign-up bonuses and spending requirements, credit inquiries, and account open/close history.
The Service is not designed to collect or store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or login credentials.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover any security breach
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content").
Ownership: You retain all rights to your User Content. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with providing the Service.
5. User Data and Security Responsibility
You acknowledge that the Service is designed to store information related to your credit cards, such as card names, last digits, issuing bank, network, annual fees, credit limits, sign-up bonuses and spending requirements, and credit inquiry history.
Prohibited Information: You agree not to store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, government-issued identification numbers (including Social Security Numbers), passwords, PINs, or other sensitive credentials in the Service. We are not responsible for protecting such information if you choose to enter it into notes, text fields, or any other user-input area.
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk associated with any information you choose to store in the Service. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
No Liability for Data Breaches: We are not liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of data stored in the Service, whether resulting from a security breach, hacking, unauthorized access, or any other cause. You store information in the Service at your own risk.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Post harmful or dangerous content
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Payment Terms
Subscription: Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in USD.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sauced Rocks LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sauced Rocks LLC.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Sauced Rocks LLC does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAUCED ROCKS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any claim that your use of the Service or your User Content infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sauced Rocks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

No Affiliation or Endorsement:
The use of Third-Party Marks and Materials within the Service is solely for identification and informational purposes. Such use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship from, or approval by the respective owners.
Descriptive Use:
Any references to credit card products, issuers, or networks are intended to describe and identify financial products that users may own or track within the Service. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and current terms of any referenced financial products with the issuing institution.
Visual Representations:
Any images or visual depictions of credit cards or related products displayed in the Service are provided for illustrative and identification purposes only and may not reflect current designs, features, or official representations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of such depictions.
No Rights Granted:
Nothing in the Service or these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any Third-Party Marks and Materials. Removal and Modification: We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace any Third-Party Marks and Materials at any time, including in response to intellectual property concerns or requests from rights holders.
